Download the form.
Fill it up with the details, sign it and send it back to brenda@otwo.com

Once we receive your form, we will send you a shipping label and documents containing values for shipment purposes only. There is nothing to pay up to this point.

Seal the product in a box
and label it. Place the documents
in a translucent plastic bag and
attach it outside of the box.

Call FedEx for pickup

All Set.
Once we receive the product, our technical department will evaluate it and send you an estimate for your approval.
