
In this section, we’ll walk through how to replace the flow sensor.
To begin, the manifold must be disassembled.
Use an 11/16-inch torque wrench with a Hexit socket, set to 70 inch-pounds.
Loosen the output adapter by rotating the tool to the left.
Next, use the modified 11/16-inch wrench to loosen the oxygen and nitrous input connectors.
While loosening, be sure to hold the internal part in place to prevent it from rotating.
Now, carefully remove the entire manifold assembly from the unit.
Pull out the metal tubes, and extract the flow sensor.
To reinstall, simply reverse the steps we just covered.
